Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

Welcome to Urkut. This document sets out the general terms of use and data handling policies for our platform. By creating an account and accessing the network, you freely, expressly and knowingly agree to all the clauses set out here.

            Restricted Access: Urkut operates exclusively through invites. Each account holder is entitled to issue only 10 (ten) invites, in order to protect the safety and integrity of the community.        

1. Age of Majority and Legal Capacity

Use of Urkut is restricted to individuals who are 18 (eighteen) years of age or older. By registering, the user declares, under penalty of law, that they have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement and to answer for all acts practiced on the platform, releasing Urkut from any liability for false age statements.

2. Invite Mechanics and Joint Responsibility

Access to the platform is a privilege granted by invitation. Each user has the non-transferable right to invite only 10 (ten) people.

By sending an invite, the user assumes moral and administrative responsibility before the community for the invitee's conduct. If illegal activity, violations of these Terms, or harm to the network is found on the invitee's part, it may result in sanctions, suspension or permanent ban for both the offender and the user who invited them.

3. Conduct Guidelines and Content Ownership

The user is solely and exclusively responsible for the content they post on the platform (texts, images, scraps, community topics, etc.).

It is forbidden to publish, share or encourage illegal, fraudulent or defamatory content;
Engaging in or inciting hate speech, racism, homophobia or intolerance;
Promoting the sale of illegal products, piracy or copyright infringement.

4. Privacy and Data Protection (LGPD)

In compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018 - LGPD), Urkut is committed to protecting your privacy. We only collect data that is strictly necessary for the platform to function.

🛡️ Transparency Commitment: Urkut does not sell, rent, transfer or trade your personal data to third parties, advertisers or data brokers under any circumstances. Your data is yours.

5. Financial Transactions and Payment Data

Urkut offers optional premium features, such as subscriptions for access to exclusive paid communities and microtransactions to buy items, currency and perks in our interactive games (such as resources for your virtual farm).

💳 Payment Security: Your credit card details are used solely and exclusively at the moment of purchase. Urkut does NOT store your credit card number or security code (CVV) on our servers.

To ensure the highest level of security, all payments are processed by partner gateways certified to the PCI-DSS standard (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). Information travels end-to-end encrypted. Your purchase and subscription history will never be sold or shared for external advertising purposes.

6. Data Subject Rights

You have full control over your information. At any time, you may exercise the rights set out in Art. 18 of the LGPD, including: confirmation that processing exists, correction of data, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data, and revoking consent to permanently delete your account.

7. Moderation and Legal Disclosure

Urkut's administration reserves the right to monitor reports and suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms. If a crime is identified, registration data and connection logs (IP, date and time) will be preserved and handed over to the relevant authorities upon court order.

8. General Provisions

Urkut is a Brazilian platform. Any disputes arising from this document shall be settled in the courts of the user's place of residence, under the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
